Summit Air Peak is a curated catalog of HVAC tools and parts. We do not sell products directly on the Site. The "Buy here" button on each product links to an independent third-party retailer. Any purchase you make is a transaction solely between you and that retailer, governed by their terms, pricing, shipping, returns, and warranty policies. We are not a party to those transactions.

Product descriptions, images, specifications, and prices are provided for convenience and may be inaccurate, incomplete, or out of date. We make no representations or warranties about any product listed on the Site. All warranties, returns, and product support are the responsibility of the retailer or manufacturer.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Summit Air Peak is established, without regard to conflict of law principles.
